I have a cell phone Ericson K750i, also my husband have always Ericsson, but now my problem is that my purple color I use before is gone and Ericsson here can't (or give impression maybe) they don't want to help me to put again.I press wrong in templates and the purple is gone, and love it so much. How to find my purple again in downloading. I live in Bali Indonesia. An other remark is that SonyEricson have a big name, but the service of the employment in Ericson office in Denpasar are terrible.Kool, not helpfull, not give us info concerning new Ericsons, what the differant with differant types and etc...it's one one I really feel unconfortable with her, not helpfull at all. I am a Ericson fan and buy since 1998 Ericson, last week I want to buy a new one, but the client service is more then below the minimum in SonyEricson DPS,like not really friendly, not entousiast to help people and give some info about the different types, also give the feeling how sooner you out how better. We both thinking next time to stop with Ericson. We can't find any e-mail address of Ericson, it's not on the web ? So please give my report to Jakarta office to replace at least one woman there, the one on the left when you come inside the shop office. Hopefully you can give me some directions ? So far it seems alright, just have few difficulties to download music! The design of thwe phone I've got is different, even groovy! Long life to Sony Ericsson

now i feel that i was the user of sonyericson cell phone. because i have a problem with dealer about the warranty of handset and also communicated with representer of sonyericson from last 2months approximately but always answer from them just wait, and the end said to me sory from us we could not do anything for you.
