Alltel no longer supports any SimpleFreedom phones. If you have minutes left on your SimpleFreedom phone, Alltel will not honor them. You are simply out of luck. File a complaint with the FCC and with the Better Business Bureau. Alltel should not be able to deny their responsibility.

-- Contributed by: MichaelKwanI have an older Nokia Simple Freedom phone and the ringer stopped. Is there a way to get it to ring again. I tried the menu but can't seem to find out how to do it. It does vibrate.
-- Contributed by: Pat WallenslagerConnie: The easiest way would be to simply called Simple Freedom and tell them your situation. note that there may be an additional cost involved when changing numbers on a mobile phone. Putting the minutes onto the phone can usually be done online or through a touchtone phone.
-- Contributed by: MichaelKwanI have a used motorola W315 cell phone. I bought a $25.00 simple freedom phone card for my phone. This was my husbands' old cell phone. We plan to give it to our 11 yr. old son for Christmas. But, we don't know how to go about getting a new phone number and how to go about putting the minutes on the phone. Can someone email me back w/ the information I need to have on the above questions? Thank You Connie McMahan
