What is the Speed: The speed of the Internet on a PC tethered to a 3G cellular phone as a modem would be equivalent to the speed of the wireless data achieved on the phone through the 3G network. This varies from handset to handset, network to network, and location to location, as well as countless other variables, but iPhone 3G users on the AT&T network are known to get as good as about 1000kbps, which is equivalent to inexpensive broadband Internet (cable/DSL) plans.

i am student of the engg college .3G technology cell phone is worked in broad band speed ok my question is if 3g technology cellphones connected to pc what is the speed of internet?
